In april 2016, Maddyness, the main start-up media in France, ranked Foued KEFIF among the 20 most influential people in the technology sector.

Thierry has been in Russia for 13 years. Thierry is the CEO and founder of Buzzfactory, a marketplace that connects brands and premium Russian online influencers (bloggers, instagramers, youtubers). He is also President of the French Tech Hub Moscow Committee.

Dmitry Chikhachev is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner since August 2010 at Runa Capital, 270M$ venture fund. His investment interests span cloud computing, hosted services, virtualization and complex software and IT-solutions for fintech, education, healthcare and social. He led deal execution for NGINX, Jelastic, LinguaLeo, Ecwid, Cellrox, Capptain and other Runa companies. He is known in France for managing French startup Capptain’ investment project which has been acquired by Microsoft in May 2014.

 After working as a researcher in University for International Relations (MGIMO), Dmitry has moved to New-York, at the Institute for Democracy and Cooperation. In 2009 he returned to Russia to become the Executive Director of the Russian-Swiss Business Council. Following that he joined Victor Vekselberg’s Renova Group of Companies. In 2011 he moved to the Skolkovo Foundation, where he now works as the Acting Director of the Department for International Cooperation. Aside from his functions for Dr. Vekselberg’s foreign protocol, he also supervises international activities of the Foundation, articulates strategic priorities, communicates with large corporate partners and represents the organization before government, foreign and international bodies for the purposes of international cooperation.

His experience with Russia started in 2005 he has spent 5 years in Moscow as the CEO and co-founder of the woman centric portal, now part of Rambler.

Benoit Lardy is also the founder of Carre-France, a French business center located in Moscow that has been housing, since 2014, the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Le Courrier de Russie, the Franco-Russian Observatory and a business incubator for start-ups.

Laurent is Mentor of the French Tech Hub Moscow. Graduated from EM Lyon Business School and the RF Finance Academy, Laurent joined Accenture in Moscow, then moved to Paris office where he led a large-scale transformation project within the Telecom industry. He later became Managing Director atDassault Systèmes Russia for 10 years with the mission of  increasing the group's software presence in the Russian market and in the CIS.

He is in charge for the last 5 years of managing the activities of the CCI France Russie which is one of the biggest foreign chamber of commerce in Russia with a 15% annual growth. Its  goal is to support and encourage the French investment in Russia. The CCI France Russie team organize more than 200 events a year representing more than 6 000 French and Russian entrepreneurs, managers and directors.
